Q: What is the application process?

A: Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 2.5x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.

An Applicant(s) is required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease execution.

Q: Comparing Floor Plans?

A: Go through the application process and it will immediately allow you to compare up to 3 floor plans.

Q: Are you a gated community?

A: Yes. We have controlled access to the community.

Q: What is your pet policy?

A: There is a $250 Pet Fee and $25 Pet Rent requirement. Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Q: Can I apply online?

A: Yes! Click here or choose the “Apply Now” button at the top of our website. On the next page, you will find a list of floor plans within our community where you can select the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment.

At the end of the application process, you will be required to pay a $75 Application Fee applied towards move-in for each lease applicant. Please have your bank information or credit card available in order to complete the application process. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
